If you have a cancellation or return request for your order, you can send it to info@deautyskin.com with your order number by e-mail.
Cancellation/Transfer Conditions:
1. Buyer; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods, in distance contracts regarding the sale of goods.
2. In case of damaged package during delivery; damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the cargo company official. If the authorized person thinks that the package is not damaged, the buyer has the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation reserves the right to return or exchange within 14 days with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer.
3. We offer a free return policy for undamaged items, so you can return them to us for free as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. We also offer free shipping on orders over £450. If your total order amount is less than 450TL, a shipping fee of 15TL will be charged. This policy is designed to encourage customers to make larger purchases while still providing the convenience of free shipping on eligible orders.
