You are deemed to have accepted the following conditions with your order from (Deauty Skin). This statement contains the policy of Use, Cancellation, Order and Payment and Privacy for deautyskin.com products.
Contract Date: In line with the process on the seller's website and the buyer's transactions; The date the order record is created will be considered valid as the contract date.
Order and payment:
1. Your personal information and data received for placing an order are not shared with third parties.
2. You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order. It is still your responsibility to check the order, delivery date and address when this e-mail arrives, and if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, call deautyskin and confirm the order.
3. Our prices are subject to change without notice. No additional payment is required for paid orders.
4. Delivery is made to national cargo companies or by express cargo. Your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address as an e-archive.
Shipping/Delivery Procedure
Shipment: It is sent to the buyer with the courier company that the seller has an agreement with, within a maximum of three working days with the sending of the order confirmation e-mail.
Delivery: The product/products will be delivered to the address of the buyer with the cargo agreed by the seller.
1. If the product is to be delivered to another person / organization from the Buyer, the seller is not responsible for the extra shipping costs that may arise from the person / organization not accepting the delivery, inaccuracy in the shipping information and / or the absence of the Buyer. If the product/products did not reach the customer within the specified days, delivery problems should be reported to the customer services immediately by using the info@deautyskin.com.tr e-mail address.
2. Deauty Skin sends you all the adjustments made via e-mail. Transactions without confirmation information are your responsibility. It is your responsibility to check this e-mail and request correction if there is an error, after the arrangements made in the system are sent to you via e-mail.
Cancellation/Transfer Conditions:
1. Buyer; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods, in distance contracts regarding the sale of goods.
2. In case of damaged package during delivery; damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the cargo company official. If the authorized person thinks that the package is not damaged, the buyer has the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation reserves the right to return or exchange within 14 days with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer.

Settlement of Disputes Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes related to this contract. Enforcement Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
